Add someone to your team
Quick answerDashboard → Your team → + Add someone. Enter their name and a username, choose what they can do, then give them the three things on screen: where to sign in, their username and a temporary password.
Your plan includes up to 10 logins, counting yours, with no per-user fees.
- Open your dashboard and tap Your team.
- Tap + Add someone.
- Enter their name. This is the name that prints on proposals and invoices they send.
- Pick a username: letters and numbers, no spaces.
- Choose what they can do:
- Invoices only: send invoices, take payment, see the day's jobs. No proposals.
- Proposals & invoices: everything above, plus quoting new work.
- Save. We make a temporary password for them.
Now give them three things: where to sign in, their username, and the temporary password. Use Copy all three or Email them to me. They'll pick their own password the first time they sign in.
All 10 logins used? Turn off someone who's left and that login frees up straight away.
Only the owner can change prices, business information and team settings.
