Put your form on your home screen
Your proposal form is a one-tap shortcut icon you save to your phone's home screen — it looks and works like an app, with nothing to download or install. It takes about 30 seconds. Pick your phone below.
IMPORTANT: Keep your form link private.
Anyone who has your link can send a proposal under your business name, so don't post it
publicly — only add it to your own devices.
- Copy your link. Find the email we sent you when your account went live. Press
your finger on the link and hold it there for about a second, until a little
menu pops up, then tap Copy.
It opened the link instead? You lifted your finger too soon. Go back to the email and hold a little longer, keeping your finger still.
- Open Safari and paste the link in. Safari is the blue compass icon on your
home screen. Start a fresh page: tap the two overlapping squares in the bottom-right,
then tap the +. Now tap the wide address bar (it sits at the bottom of
the screen on most iPhones, at the top on older ones), press and hold in it until
Paste appears, tap Paste, then tap the blue Go key on the
keyboard. Your form should open.
It has to be Safari. On iPhone, adding to the home screen doesn't work from Chrome or any other browser.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up:
It's usually at the bottom of the screen.
Don't see it? On newer iPhones the Share button can be tucked behind the ••• "More" button next to the address bar — tap that first.
- Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
No "Add to Home Screen"? Scroll to the very bottom of the share list, tap Edit Actions…, then turn on / add "Add to Home Screen."
- Tap Add in the top corner. Your icon now sits on your home screen — tap it anytime to open your form.
- Copy your link. Find the email we sent you when your account went live. Press
your finger on the link and hold it there for about a second, until a menu
pops up, then tap Copy link address (some phones just say Copy).
It opened the link instead? You lifted your finger too soon. Go back to the email and hold a little longer, keeping your finger still.
- Open Chrome and paste the link in. Chrome is the round red, yellow, green and blue circle on your home screen. Start a fresh page: tap the three dots in the top-right, then tap New tab. Now tap the wide address bar across the top, press and hold in it until Paste appears, tap Paste, then tap the blue Go key (it may look like an arrow or a magnifying glass) on the keyboard. Your form should open.
- Tap the menu — the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen (some phones say Install app).
- Tap Add (or Install) to confirm. Your icon appears on your home
screen — tap it anytime to open your form.
Using Samsung Internet? Tap the menu — the three lines (≡) at the bottom-right — then Add page to → Home screen.
On a computer? Open your link in Chrome or Edge and click the install
icon in the address bar (a small screen with a down-arrow), then Install. It opens
in its own window, just like an app.
