Driveway Proposals LLC is a family-operated software company based in Hillsborough County, Florida. We build one simple tool that lets a small contracting crew send a proposal, collect a deposit, schedule the job, and send an invoice — from a phone, in seconds. This page is for investors and partners who want to understand where we're headed. We're not running a formal raise, but we're always glad to connect with people who share the vision.

The opportunity

Millions of small contracting crews — fence builders, painters, handymen, and a dozen other trades — still quote jobs on paper, by text, or with clunky, overpriced software built for big companies. The tools meant to help them are bloated, technical, and priced for firms ten times their size. That leaves an enormous, fragmented market underserved: the one- to five-person crew that just wants to look professional, win the job, and get paid — without a learning curve or a heavy monthly bill.

What we're building

Driveway Proposals is the opposite of that bloat. One link — no app to install — turns a contractor's phone into a professional quoting and invoicing system: a branded, itemized proposal with a legally-backed e-signature, a deposit that goes straight to the contractor's own account, an automatic final invoice on job completion, and standalone invoices when no estimate is needed. It's designed to be the most robust, easiest-to-use, and most competitively priced tool a small crew can put in their pocket.

• Built to expand trade by trade. We're set up across 15 verticals so far, with more on the roadmap — the same core engine behind each one.
• We never touch our customers' money. Deposits and payments flow directly to the contractor, which keeps us a simple software vendor, not a payment processor.

Driveway Proposals is family-operated and bootstrapped. The core product is built and in final pre-launch preparation, with our first verticals ready to go live. We're focused on a disciplined launch — proving the model with real crews before we scale.
