Add your business details
Quick answerIn your dashboard, open Business information and fill in your business name, phone, address and email. You can't send anything to a customer until these are filled in.
Your business details print at the top of every proposal, invoice and receipt.
- Open your dashboard.
- Tap Business information.
- Fill in your business name, street address, phone and email. Add your website and license line if you have them.
- Tap Save changes.
These four are required: business name, phone, address and email. Until they're filled in, the app won't send anything to a customer, because a customer needs to be able to reach you. The message tells you exactly what's missing.
Tip: Your email and website print on your documents unless you turn them off here.
