Quick answerThis means your business details aren't finished. Add the missing piece it names (business name, phone, address, email, or the blank in your payment message) in your dashboard and try again.
To protect you, nothing goes to a customer until they can reach you and pay you. The message names exactly what's missing.
- Business name, phone, address or email: add them under Business information. See Add your business details.
- "Your payment message still has a blank in it": open Ready-Made Notes and fill in any payment line marked Fill in, like your Venmo username.
Save, then send again.
"This comes to $0.00" means an amount is still empty. Add the quantities of work and try again.
