How long we keep your documents
Quick answerProposals and invoices are deleted 90 days after a job closes (paid in full or voided). We email you 30 days and 7 days before, so you can save copies. Signature records are kept separately for 7 years, and a numbers-only record of each job is kept for 24 months for your Reports.
Driveway Proposals isn't a long-term archive, so save copies of anything you need for taxes or warranties.
- A job closes when its invoice is paid in full or voided.
- Its documents are deleted 90 days later.

- The signature record (who signed, when, and what they agreed to) is kept separately for 7 years as proof of consent.
- A numbers-only record of each job (amounts, sales tax, invoice numbers, services and prices, crew member, dates, no customer names or addresses) is kept for 24 months so your Reports can show your history.
