Read your Reports page
Quick answerOnly the account owner sees Reports. On your dashboard, tap Reports and pick your dates to see money collected, money still owed, your win rate and what sells. Full job detail is kept about 90 days after a job closes; after that, Reports keep the numbers only, for 24 months.
See how the business is doing, without a spreadsheet.
- On your dashboard, tap Reports. Only the account owner sees it. Crew logins don't.
- Pick your dates at the top: This Month, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last 3 Months, Year to Date, Last Year, or Pick Dates.
What's on the page
- Top four numbers: Money Collected, Still Owed, Win Rate and Average Job.
- Money Collected: how much came in, and how it was paid.
- Money Still Owed: who owes you, oldest first. Tap a customer to Text a Reminder, Email the Invoice Again, Call, or Open Job.
- Win Rate: how many proposals you won out of the ones customers decided on.
- Revenue by Service: your top 10 earners.
- Win Rate by Service: where you win and where you lose. Tap a service to see the proposals you lost. If the lost ones were priced noticeably higher, we point it out.
- Revenue by Month: the last 12 months, sold vs. collected.
- Jobs by Crew Member: who did which jobs.
Keep a copy: tap Print, then choose Save as PDF.
For your bookkeeper: tap Download for Bookkeeper for a clean spreadsheet of invoices, payments and what's owed for the same dates. See Download your records.
How far back it goes
- Full job detail (customer names, addresses and the documents) is kept about 90 days after a job closes. See How long we keep your documents.
- After that, Reports keep a numbers-only record of each job for 24 months: amounts, sales tax, invoice numbers, services and prices, crew member and dates. No names or addresses.
- So your numbers go back two years, but an old job can't be opened once its documents are deleted.
- Totals include sales tax.
